Everything you're doing to yourself is either raising or lowering your energetic vibration (vibration, not in the ultra spiritual sense of the word, but in the scientific measurement sense of the word). Every thought and feeling you have influences your vibe. The state of your vibration determines the state of your wellness, which has a massive impact on your ability to find, engage with, and ambitiously go after your purpose on a daily basis.
